I mentioned this band a couple weeks ago when they played a show in Philly with Ganglians. It's kind of a guilty pleasure (the show too).

Is it too cold to go surfing? Nah.. Ganglians (combination of the words "gangs" and "aliens") came out with Still Living, their follow up to 2009 album Monster Head Room, in August. They are still living and and still twanging it up with spacey far-out lo-fi surf rock sing-alongs. All the way from Sacramento, CA, they will be performing tonight in Philly at Kung Fu Necktie with their friends, Friends. Check out Ganglians' songs "Valiant Brave"(2009) & "Jungle"(2011)
